Wow - so well said! "Slow is smooth & smooth is fast." That's an encouraging thought when applied to my quest to have upper body muscle fitness. I'm 56 & want to reclaim muscle strength & flexibility in my upper body. So, thanks for the yoga rope "thorax theatre". Am off to a SLOW, but solid start with this routine!
